There is no cost for our initial 30-minute session. Consultations are offered in person, by phone, or virtually. To initiate this session, please either take the Anger Self Test or simply reach out through our contact form.

Identify those parts of the relationship that cause tension and conflict.
Learn to create respect-based relationships.
Work together and separately, each partner learns to take responsibility for his or her behavior.
Learn to recognize and meet individual and shared needs, both inside and outside of the relationship.

Become aware of your family’s pattern of expressing anger.
Create together opportunities to interrupt the unhealthy anger patterns and replace them with authentic and respectful behaviors
Learn tools and methods that help parents and children stop the cycle of unhealthy anger behavior.
